How much do your services cost?
Pricing is individual: it depends on your status and situation. At the free consultation we quote the exact price and fix it in the contract before we start — with no extra charges along the way.
How long does a residence permit take?
The police have up to 90 days to decide once a complete application is filed. Together with collecting the documents, the process usually takes two to four months.
Do you work remotely?
Yes. Consultations, document checks and preparation happen online. You only need to appear in person where the law requires it — for example when filing at the foreign police — and we go with you.
What if my application is refused?
We check every document before filing, so refusals are rare. If one happens, we identify the reason and prepare a new application or an appeal. The terms are set out in the contract.
What language do we communicate in?
English, Russian or Ukrainian — whichever suits you. We deal with the Slovak authorities ourselves.
Are you a law firm?
We are a consultancy specialising in legalisation. For matters that require an attorney, such as appeals and court cases, we work with partner Slovak lawyers.
