Privacy policy

This document describes how Axora Group s. r. o. processes the personal data of visitors to axora-group.com in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Act No. 18/2018 Coll. of the Slovak Republic on the protection of personal data.
1. Data controller
The controller is Axora Group s. r. o., company ID 57746401, Tomášikova 1498/30, 821 01 Bratislava, Slovakia. For any data-protection matter write to info@axora-group.com.
2. What data we process and why
Contact form: name, contact detail (phone, e-mail or messenger username), subject and message text. Purpose — to reply to your enquiry and, if you wish, to forward it to a group company. Legal basis — steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Technical data: when you visit the site, the server records the IP address, time of request and page address in a system log to keep the site secure and operational (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Logs are rotated automatically and are not used to identify visitors.
Visit statistics (Google Analytics) — only after your consent in the cookie banner (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Consent can be withdrawn at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer.
3. Who receives the data
Form messages go into the group’s enquiry-tracking system and are duplicated to the responsible staff member via the Telegram messenger (Telegram Messenger Inc.). The site is hosted on servers of Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany, EU). If your enquiry concerns a group company, we forward it to that company. Data is not sold or shared with third parties for their own purposes.
4. Retention
Form enquiries are kept until the matter is closed and no longer than 3 years after the last contact, unless a contract is concluded between us. Cookie-consent data is kept for 12 months in your browser.
5. Your rights
You have the right to request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Send requests to info@axora-group.com — we reply within one month.
If you believe your rights have been violated, you may contact the supervisory authority: Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov Slovenskej republiky, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava, dataprotection.gov.sk.
6. Cookies
The site uses essential cookies (language and your cookie choice) — the site does not work without them. Google Analytics statistics cookies are set only after your consent. In addition, anonymous visit statistics are collected by our own Umami instance (hosted by the group in the EU): it sets no cookies, stores no IP addresses and processes no personal data, so it runs without consent. No other third-party scripts load before consent. You can change your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer.

We may update this document; the current version is always available at this address with its date.
