Can I open a živnosť while on dočasné útočisko?
Yes. Temporary protection status gives you the same right to open a živnosť as a residence permit does. It is the most common case among our clients.
How much tax does a živnostník pay?
In the first year only health insurance, around €100 a month. Social insurance starts in the second year once your income passes the threshold. We will calculate your exact case during the consultation.
Do I have to come to the úrad in person?
Usually not — we file electronically under a power of attorney. If an in-person visit is needed, we go with you.
